Poster Sessions (Session A 12.45-13.30h and Session B 13.30-14.15h)
A total of 50 poster for one of the two session during lunch time will be accepted. If you are interested in presenting your project and discussing your results and next steps with academic and industrial colleagues please submit an abstract while registration.

Deadline for abstract submission is August 19, 2018.
The notification of acceptance will be sent on September 20, 2018, at latest.
Best Poster Presentation Award
A jury will evaluate all submitted, academic posters and will honor the best three posters with the SICS poster presentation award 2018. Posters from industrial participants will not be considered for the award.
The three winners will get a cash check of CHF 100.00 each and have to opportunity to present their project in a 5min short plenum presentation at the end of the day (17.00h). All poster presenters are therefore asked to bring along a one-slide presentation to be prepared in case they are selected as winner.
