15.05.2018:  Full program incl. abstract of all speakers published on the website
24.08.2018:  Abstract submission for poster applications
20.09.2018:  Notification of acceptance for poster presentations
12.10.2018:  Closing of online participant registration (no onsite registration possible!)
19.10.2018:  SICS Symposium 2018

The event is fully booked and, unfortunately, we cannot accept any further registrations anymore.

Terms and conditions

• For cancellations of accepted posters after September 20, an administration fee of CHF 50.00 has to be paid.
• No-shows poster presenters will be charged a penalty of CHF 50.00
• Pre-registration to the symposium is mandatory. There is a pre-defined contingent reserved for industrial researchers.
